30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first order ever. Subscription renewals and additional one-time orders are not eligible.

The 30-day window starts on your date of purchase (not delivery).

What's Eligible

All products you ordered are eligible for return under the Money-Back Guarantee — including damaged or partially-consumed product. You don't need the original packaging in perfect condition.

Not eligible for refund:

• Shipping Protection
• Customer-paid shipping costs
• Return shipping label cost

How It Works

When you initiate a return under the Money-Back Guarantee, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. The cost of the label is deducted from your refund. Once your return is delivered back to us, we issue your refund — typically within 5–10 business days on your original payment method.

Limits

We honor one return per customer, for life. This applies across any accounts you may have under different emails or phone numbers.
