Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are not refundable once the charge has processed. You can cancel, pause, or skip future renewals at any time before the next renewal date. We can't process cancellations from a support message — please use the cancel link in any email we've sent, or sign in to your account.

Charge Errors

If we charged the wrong amount on an order — for example, a coupon that didn't apply at checkout, or an unexpected price difference — contact us and we'll correct the difference.

Price Increases on Active Subscriptions

Your subscription price stays the same as long as you remain subscribed. If you believe you were overcharged compared to your usual rate, contact us and we'll review.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days of being issued.
